Sitting under the moonlight at the iconic Vermillion Lakes in Banff National Park, I pondered, what can I capture that is very different from all the other shots from this place? Excited by the light and shadows on Mount Rundle, I grab my long lens to zoom in to tell this story. I experimented with several-minute exposures to get star trails to give this story a sense of nighttime. My heart fluttered with excitement when I saw the star trails mimicking the angle of the cliff. Thank you, Nature!
